Travel Support

There will be financial support for undergraduate and graduate students and new postdocs who wish to attend the meeting. To apply for support, please send an email to: solar_in_sonoma"at"ssl.berkeley with the subject line "Application for Travel Support".

In the application request, please address the following:

  1. Name, affiliation, advisor.
  2. Why you wish to attend the meeting.
  3. How much financial support is requested and for what (i.e. travel, accommodation, registration)

The closing date for the travel grant application is 20th JULY 2012.

Applicants for travel support should refrain from registering for the workshop until successful candidates have been selected. An announcement will be made before the early-bird registration deadline. Applicants can however, submit abstracts at any point.
